You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

💸 Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in cases where a return has been approved.

Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection by our team.

Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method or bank account within 7 to 15 business days.


📦 Return Conditions for Refund

A clear and uncut unboxing video is mandatory for returns and refunds.

The product must be:

Unused and unworn

In its original packaging

Returned within 5 days of delivery


🔁 Non-Refundable Situations

Orders cancelled after dispatch

Returns without proper unboxing video

Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or customer negligence

Exchange-related shipping fees (non-refundable)
